Morning Pour began with a question every parent asks at the breakfast table: would I give this to my child?

How do I place an order?

Add bowls and smoothies to your order on this page and send it to us on WhatsApp. You can also message or call us on 99880 03878 or 92366 07600.

Why is pre-ordering a must?

Nothing is made ahead. Every bowl and smoothie is prepared fresh after you order, so we need your order in advance.

Where do you deliver?

Anywhere in Lucknow. Add your address when you order and we'll confirm your delivery time.

How much protein is in each?

24 g in every bowl and 8 g in every smoothie. For more, add The Whole Truth protein (15 g) for ₹149.

Can I customise my order?

Yes. Add strawberry, blueberry, apple or kiwi for ₹49 each, or protein for ₹149. Tell us which item gets the add-on in your order notes.

Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes. Choose your days and items in the subscription planner and send it to us. We'll confirm the details and your price.

Do your bowls contain allergens?

Blush Pour contains almond butter and Greek yogurt. Choco Pour contains peanut butter and Greek yogurt. Both contain oats and seeds, and our kitchen handles nuts, peanuts and dairy. Please tell us about any allergy before you order.
